Questions people ask before they call.
Service area, pricing, licensing, and what this business does and doesn't take on. Don't see yours? Just ask — that's a question, not a lead form.
Fortified Asset Solutions is based in Pensacola, FL and serves homeowners in the surrounding area. If you're not sure your address is in range, ask when you reach out — Connor will give you a straight answer.
Yes. Send a few details about the job through the estimate form, by phone, or by text, and we'll get you a ballpark before any work is scheduled. Final pricing is confirmed before work starts.
Yes — Fortified Asset Solutions is licensed and insured. Ask for specifics when you request your estimate and Connor will walk you through it.
Most work is priced as a block of time — a half day or a full day — rather than as a per-item price list, because a list of small jobs prices better that way. Bigger or clearly-defined jobs get a flat quote. Either way you get the number before work begins, and it's confirmed before anything starts.
Because Connor hasn't set the final numbers yet, and printing a made-up figure would be worse than printing none. The placeholders on the packages page are marked as placeholders on purpose. Call or text and you'll get a real number for your job.
[PAYMENT METHODS — Connor] Straight answer: this one isn't settled yet. Connor hasn't confirmed which methods he takes or whether larger jobs need a deposit, and we'd rather show you an unfinished answer than a made-up one. Ask when you call or text and he'll tell you on the spot — and the moment he confirms it, the real answer replaces this placeholder here, on the contact page, and in the footer.
[WARRANTY — Connor decision pending] There is no warranty term published on this site, because Connor hasn't set one — and printing a length he hasn't agreed to would be worse than leaving it blank. It's a fair thing to ask him directly when you get your estimate. When he does commit to a term, it will appear here, on the packages page and on the homepage, in his words rather than a template's.
Yes. You'll get a text when Connor is on his way, so you're not holding a whole morning open wondering whether today is the day. Right now he sends that text himself — there's no dispatcher in between. An automated version is planned once the business's text-message program finishes carrier registration; the promise is the same either way.
Fill out the estimate form, call, or text (850) 266-7764. Tell us what's going on — a photo helps but isn't required — and Connor will follow up directly to schedule a time.
As a new, owner-operated business, Connor personally handles calls, texts, and form submissions — there's no call center or dispatcher in between. Response time depends on his current job schedule; for anything urgent, calling or texting directly is the fastest way to reach him.
General handyman work: drywall repair, interior painting and touch-ups, door and window repair, small remodels, punch-list work, furniture assembly and fixture installs, shelving and storage, deck or fence repair, TV mounting, trim and finish carpentry, flooring repair, and gutter cleanup. Each of those has its own page under Services.
No. Fortified Asset Solutions is built around small-to-mid jobs. If a project is a full home renovation, a large structural job, or new construction, we'll tell you honestly and can point you toward the right type of contractor.
No — those are licensed trades and Fortified Asset Solutions is not licensed for either, so it does not perform that work. If your job turns out to be a roof or an HVAC system, Connor will say so, bring in a licensed specialist he has worked with, and coordinate it so you still only have one number to call. The Coordinated Work page explains exactly how that works and where the line sits.
Only the parts that are genuinely handyman scope — swapping a light fixture, a ceiling fan, or a faucet on existing wiring and plumbing. New circuits, panel work, moving drain lines and anything inside a wall is licensed-trade work, and Fortified Asset Solutions does not perform it. What Connor does instead is scope the job, bring in the right licensed specialist from his network, and stay your single point of contact — there's a page for exactly that under Coordinated Work. He'll tell you which side of the line your job falls on before he starts, not after.
Yes — texting a photo or two to (850) 266-7764 or attaching details to the estimate form helps Connor understand the job and give you a more accurate ballpark before he arrives.
No. The SMS consent checkboxes on the forms are optional and unchecked by default. Leaving them unchecked will not stop your estimate request from going through.
Yes — turnovers and make-ready work between tenants are a good fit for how this business runs. There's a page for it under Landlords.
Fortified Asset Solutions is new — the LLC was filed in June 2026. Connor is not new: close to ten years in construction and trades, most recently as operations manager and part-owner of a company a lot like this one, and 15 years living in Pensacola. We'd rather say that plainly than pretend to a history the business doesn't have.
Still have a question?
Ask Connor directly — call, text, or send the form. You'll get an answer either way.
