How pricing actually works here.
Plenty of handyman sites make you call to find out anything. Here's the model in full, before you pick up the phone.
- A list of small jobs is priced as a block of time — half day or full day — because that's genuinely cheaper for you than per-item pricing.
- A single clearly-defined job gets a flat quote.
- Materials are their own line. I don't bury them, and you can buy them yourself if you'd rather.
- Anything I can't see yet — behind a wall, under a floor — gets named as an unknown in the estimate instead of hidden in a number.
- Whatever the number is, it's confirmed with you before any work starts.
Numbers above are placeholders until Connor sets them. They will be real numbers on this page — not a "call for pricing" line.

Buying a block of time is the honest way to price a list of unrelated small jobs. Two time blocks, three themed bundles.
Half-Day Block
The default answer for a homeowner's list. Four hours of my time, worked top to bottom against the list you hand me.
Full-Day Block
A whole day. This is the one for a long list, a small remodel push, or a rental you need turned before a showing.
