It ends up where it's supposed to be, level
A bookcase that's a degree out of plumb leans a little more every year. Mounted things get found studs, correct anchors for the wall type, and a level on them — not a best guess and a hope.
Anchors sized for what's hanging
A 65-inch TV, a loaded floating shelf, and a heavy mirror all pull differently. Drywall anchors have real ratings, and the honest version of this job is picking the right one rather than the one that's already in the box.
An evening back
The whole value here is time. A dresser, a bed frame, and a desk is most of a Saturday for you and a routine morning for me — and I take the cardboard with me.

Most people have never watched this kind of work happen. Here's the whole sequence so nothing about the visit is a surprise.
Tell me what and how many
Model links or photos of the boxes. A wall-mounted TV, a closet system, and six dining chairs are three completely different amounts of time and I'd rather size it right than surprise you.
Check the wall before anything gets drilled
Stud finder, and a look at what's likely behind the wall. On exterior and older walls, that check is not optional.
Assemble, mount, level, secure
Including the anti-tip strap on anything tall — especially in a house with kids. That's a two-dollar part and the one people always skip.
Test it and take the boxes
Fans balanced and not wobbling, fixtures switched on, drawers running true, TV pulled on gently while you watch. Packaging leaves with me unless you want it.

What needs an electrician
Swapping a light fixture or a ceiling fan on existing wiring is normal handyman work. New circuits, new boxes, panel work, or anything where the existing wiring looks wrong goes to a licensed electrician — I'll stop and tell you rather than push through it.
Same for plumbing
A faucet or supply-line swap is fine. Moving drain lines, working inside a wall, or anything where a valve is failing is a plumber's job.
Plaster, tile, brick and older walls
Not everything takes a drywall anchor. Older Pensacola homes throw plaster and masonry at you, and those need different bits, different anchors, and a bit more time.
